DOWNLOAD ALARONLINE GUI

NOTE: The ALARONLINE Setup/Installation must be done before you can utilize ALARONLINE. Be sure to first uninstall any older versions of ALARONLINE resident on your computer before proceeding.

1. Download ALARONLINE

   Download the ALARONLINE Desktop Trading Program. When prompted, select the ''Save To Disk Option.'' Then a Windows ''Save As'' box will appear. Be sure to save the file to your Windows Desktop.

2. Installation

   If you are currently running Alaronline, uninstall it through your control panel before reinstalling.

   Close all your open programs, and look for the alaronlineInst icon on your Windows Desktop. Double click on it to start the installation setup for ALARONLINE. Follow the instructions the setup program gives you.

3. Run Internet Trading

   To start ALARONLINE, click on the START button (in the corner of your Windows desktop), then select PROGRAMS, followed by ALARONLINE.

   Check the ''Demo'' checkbox (if necessary) and press the ''Login'' button to enter ALARONLINE in demonstration mode.

   You should now be logged on to the ALARONLINE Trading Platform. Follow the on-screen menus for quotes, positions, and order entry.

CQG Web Trader

CQG Web Trader provides a browser-based trading system available to any CQG trader with a valid login id & password (CQG Integrated Client or CQG Trader). This is a simple web-based trading interface that provides a secure, completely portable option and an ideal backup.CQG Web Trader also allows users to submit batch orders - CQG Web Trader uploads text files containing all of the required order information for unlimited transactions. This is a tool favored by brokers who regularly submit groups of trades based on specific market conditions.

Trader-Centric Charting 

Professional Charting Solutions for Professional Traders

The evolution from open outcry to screen based trading has blurred the traditional lines between the ISVs who facilitate the orders and the data vendors who disseminate price information. Today's market arena allows us to capture trade data directly from the execution stream-as opposed to a data vendor's (3^rd party) consolidated ticker stream. Charts and decision support tools demand executable quality prices to accurately analyze and generate trade decisions. X_Study gives you that.

High Performance Architecture

A new TT component known as the Financial Market Data Server (FMDS) captures time series data directly from the exchange feeds. Then the X_STUDY charting component blends the historical time series from FMDS with continuous real-time updates from the TT price stream -the same price stream used for trade execution. The end result is the best of both worlds:

• Accurate historical data for prices and traded volume

• The price on the current bar on the X_STUDY chart is exactly the same price as on the TT_Trader/X_Trader order entry screen

Unique Data Sets

Unique from the start, FMDS captures more than the traditional elements of price, size and time. Along with each trade, FMDS stores information about the trade that is indispensable to traders. Data such as the current bid and offer at the time of the trade, and whether the trade is a Buy or a Sell, i.e., whether it occurred on the bid or on the offer, provide opportunities to develop custom price and volume analytics that are impossible to create without this key information.

Innovative Volume Analysis

X_STUDY offers volume analysis tools not available elsewhere. Six different types of volume displays are available. Display only the Buys, or only the Sells. Display a total traded volume histogram, or overlay the Volume Delta (buying v. selling) on top, color-coded for quick visual interpretation. The Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) indicator displays a running total of net buying v. selling, providing a view of the distribution and accumulation for short/ long term swings.

True Spread Charts

X_STUDY offers spread charts based on real-world market conditions. Spreads can be displayed as Bid-to-Bid, Ask-to-Ask comparisons to simulate realistic spread trading. X_STUDY spread charts are full-featured charts and offer all the same analysis functionality as outright instruments.

Chart Based Execution

The tight integration of charting and executable prices establishes X_STUDY as the platform of choice for the next level of charting functionality: chart based executions.
